Day 13: First day of free weekend!

 Heihei!

Today is the first official day of our free weekend! My group and I started off our day by getting coffee and fortunes at our hostel this morning!

Today was Jasper’s lucky day as we made our way downtown to look at Pragues clock tower (something he’s been wanting to see since he was 4!), this clock was installed in 1410 and has an astronomical clock that shows the sun, moon and zodiac, as well as featuring a moving apostle show every hour!

Afterwards we made our way to the Czech National Museum! It started off by showing the natural history of the country, then

moving to modern times - an exhibit on a feminist icon here in Czech! As we moved to the historical building it somehow turned into a lot of exhibits on animals. It was a little surprising but still fun! Featuring one of my favorites a dinosaur with the banner «I ❤️ asteroids»

After some relaxing at our pod hostel, we went to an indian restaurant and accidentally ordered WAYY too much garlic naan (but we ate it all anyway) afterwards we got free pancakes for a sweet treat from our hostel, and then went out to adventure the city!

I also tried to make everyone else in the math squad to send pictures of the start of their free weekend, here is what the rest are up to:

Megans dinner:

Sasha at the beach in Barca:

Roxannes donut:

Johns dinner:

Collin at oktoberfest ground:

And last but not least, The Zürich group:

Hope everyone else has a great free weekend!
