Day 15: Last day of free weekend
Hello from Prague!!
The Sun finally made an appearance today in Prague!
Jasper, Kate, Ben and I had a restful night and slow morning. Eventually we made our way outside and were pleasantly surprised with a blue cloudless sky. We had our first meal of sandwiches and wraps at Bageterie Boulevard.
Two skips and a gallop later we ended up at a cafe where we had delicious cookies, coffee and various sorts of tiramisu!!
We explored a contemporary art museum and walked around the city profiting off of the sunny weather:)
Then we rested in our hostel pods and began packing and preparing to go back to Germany early tomorrow morning.
We had pizza slices for a couple dollars for dinner and got some snacks to satiate us for our 9 hour train journey to Heidelberg tomorrow.
We saw that the Zurich group also profited off the sunny weather and had a nice hike in the beautiful mountains.
Megan had a delicious soup from Munich!
John saw cool sculptures at the Sculpture Gallery at Königplatz.
Collin went to the deutsches museum in Munich!
Overall, this has been an incredible free weekend. Many memories have been made. However, I am excited to see the rest of the group in Heidelberg tomorrow!
